Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major from reputable university

          Min 2-3 years work experience

          Fluent in written and oral communication skills in English & Mandarin as will work closely with expatriates

          Computer literate

          Able to join immediately



          Creating, keeping and managing legal documents

          Handles the corporate legal documents with official agencies to ensure the company’s full legal rights

          Manage all administrative matters related to the arrival/departure of expatriates in terms of:

l  Ensuring the expatriate’s file is completed and up-to-date

l  Verify passport validity and obtain necessary visas

l  Gather all administrative documents needed for the mission

l  Arranging flights and accommodation (if necessary)

l  Inform the expats of the schedules

          General Affairs duty

l  Maintenance office environment (plants, flower, lamp, etc)

l  PIC of company for any contact with BM of office and BM of Apartment

l  Office building payment procedure (sinking fund, service charge, electrical fee)

l  Maintain office’s car, ex: reg. service and car reparation

l  Handles company’s vehicle license and driving license for expatriate

l  Name Card application

l  Expatriate dormitory and building access card filling

l  Expatriate dormitory document management

l  Supervise drivers, receptionist, OB

          Secretary of Project (Medan – Kualanamu)

          Performs any task assigned by their superior
