Job Description:

  • Responsible of all companies Purchase activities and process in head office and branch office which handled by Administration Division
  • Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels
  • Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
  • Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal divisions and customers
  • Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, building and maintaining good relationships with them
  • Prepare Purchasing monthly report
  • Responsible of achievement Purchasing KPI
  • Conduct suppliers/vendor’s evaluation

Requirements :

  • Maximum age 35 years old with minimum 5 years experiences in same position
  • Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, analytic analysis, budget planning and control
  • Good team work, and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Working days include 2 Saturdays in a month
